"Fred Schmitt is a man of deep integrity, intellect and compassion. He has been someone I've learned to trust deeply. He leads others in a way that inspires engagement, builds collaboration and ultimately turns eyes to God in the difficulties and the joys of life."

Leading in the local church is both challenging and rewarding. I'm far from perfect, but what I'm learning is that there is beauty in the journey.
I used to think that I had everything I needed to face anything the journey of being a minister had to offer.
I've come to realize that we aren't meant to journey alone. While we're quick to point people to meaningful discipleship communities to journey through life together, many ministers find themselves without a safe place to process the journey and figure out how to continue through the next season.
I'm no licensed counselor, but I love to connect with people, I'm a great listener and would love to share any wisdom that my experiences have taught me.
Are you a church leader on the journey of pointing people to Jesus? Are you feeling discouraged or stuck in your journey?
